Östermalm, Stockholm

Long Table|Stockholm™ is a monthly gathering, by invitation only, where remarkable people, leaders, artists, athletes, founders and inventors, meet to explore how we live, think and perform at our best for longer.

More lifein every year.

Long Table|Stockholm™ exists to help each of us live, think and perform at our best for longer by bringing together a trusted community of remarkable people from different worlds to explore new ideas, share what works and elevate how we live.

A wider view of a longer life.

On the final Tuesday of every month, invited guests gather over food, drinks and creative ideas around the essential question of our time:

"With what we now know, how do we live our best physical and cognitive lives for as long as our biology and frontier science will allow?"

International leaders, artists, athletes, founders, inventors, creators and cultural voices meet as individuals around one table. The conversation is shaped by different ways of seeing, special guests and a shared motivation to live with greater energy, clarity and for longer.

What might we explore?

Future Long Table session topics.

  • How does creativity shape health and longevity?

  • What will AI reveal about our individual biology?

  • Can strength become a lifelong capability?

  • Why are relationships among the most powerful longevity interventions?

  • How do we design a life that becomes richer with time?

  • How can women sustain energy, strength, cognitive sharpness and physical confidence through hormonal transitions and across every decade?

Mental sharpness

What clouds it, what keeps it.

Your brain uses about a fifth of your body's energy, and it notices every shift in sleep, blood sugar, stress and hormones. This lecture explains what brain fog actually is, why focus and memory change across the decades, and what recent research shows: according to the 2024 Lancet Commission, almost half of dementia risk sits in factors we can influence.

You will leave with a practical set of tools: sleep that clears the brain overnight, training that raises the proteins that grow new neural connections, meals that keep glucose steady through the afternoon, light and movement that sharpen attention, and the deep focus and social connection that build cognitive reserve for the decades ahead.

On 27 October, we continue there.
